cygwin, mingw, gtk+, gtk2

Linux NotesI don't have an active software project, but I do like to dabble now and then with "The GIMP ToolKit" known as GTK+. However, I usually just dropped into a particular GNU/Linux distribution that I had working, installed the necessary development files, and tinkered away. Recently, I have been playing around with Cygwin on my Windows install and I found that I could use MinGW and the GTK+ download for Windows to successfully compile a GTK+ app compatible with Windows.
